I cooked Bengali Chicken Curry on the 17th of June 2018.
Here is the Recipe.
Put some Oil in a Cooking Utensil.
Slice 2 Large Onions and 2 Large Tomatoes Diced. Fry This.
Add 1 Tsp of Cumin Powder, 1 Tsp of Coriander Powder, and 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder. Fry all this.
Now, Add 1 Tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste. Continue To Fry all This.
Now, Add Boneless Pieces of Chicken Breasts as well as Chicken Stock. Add Salt To Taste.
Add 2 Big Potatoes Diced.
Now, Add 4 Tbps of Curd or Yoghurt, Sugar To taste, and 1 Tsp of Garam Masala Powder which is optional.
Add 2 Cups of Water. Bring To a Boil and cook on Medium Heat for 10 Minutes.
Finally, Add 1/4 Bowl of Instant Potato Flakes Or Vegit Aloo Mash as it is called in India to thicken the gravy.

My Notes : This is a Fabulous Chicken Curry From Eastern India specifically from the State of West Bengal. It Combines the Flavours of Yoghurt and Garam Masala Powder, Sugar as well as Potatoes.
So Long Till Next Time.
I will be posting New and Unknown Chicken Recipes over the next 3 weeks.
